A Scottish Hazards Seminar on the Impact of Recession on H&S

Wednesday 7 March, 12.30-4.00pm, UnisonGlasgowCityCouncil, 84 Bell Street, Candleriggs, Glasgow, G1 1LQ

Delegates will all attend three 40 minute workshop sessions during the afternoon.  These will look at the impact of recession on:

• Stress and employer management of attendance
• Working conditions
• H&S Enforcement

The workshops will be followed by a plenary session where we will share ideas about how to campaign for change and protect health and safety in the current climate

The timetable for the seminar will be:

1.10 -1.50        Workshop session 1
1.50-2.30         Workshop session 2
2.30                Tea/Coffee
2.50-3.30         Workshop session 3
3.30                Action planning and close
